For renovations or new builds we recommend a minimum of two cleans. The first clean is our big clean — we'll clean the windows, cabinets, and floors. This first clean allows you to see any deficiencies that may be hidden behind all the dust and debris. The second clean is after all deficiencies are done and right before the new owner moves in. We find one clean is never enough to get the floors looking their best. Sometimes a third clean is necessary if deficiencies weren't taken care of before the second clean, or if time has passed — for new construction it only takes a couple of hours for drywall dust to re-settle on surfaces.
