Frequently Asked Questions

For renovations or new builds we recommend a minimum of two cleans. The first clean is our big clean. We will clean the windows, cabinets and floors. This first clean, allows you to see any deficiencies they may be hidden behind all the dust and debris. The second clean is after all deficiencies are dome and right before the new owner moves in! We find one clean is never enough to get the floors looking their best. 

Sometimes we find a third clean is necessary if all deficiencies were not taken care of before the second clean or in any time has passed before the new owner moves in. For new construction it only takes a couple hours for drywall dust to re settle on the surfaces! 

We find that even if the trades do their best to clean up after themselves it is not enough to look brand new and perfectly clean for the new owner. We are not plumbers and would not install a toilet so why would you expect a plumber to professionally clean your property! 

Yes! We want to save you money and make your property look like no one has ever lived there before so it saves us time if you pre treat you oven the day before we come. If your oven has a self clean option run it the day before we arrive or pre spray it with an oven cleaner.
